The Bernalillo County Clerk’s Office is letting residents know that Recording and Filing services will be temporarily suspended on Friday, April 11, due to a scheduled database upgrade. This important update is designed to make services more reliable and efficient in the future.
Regular operations will resume on Monday, April 14, during normal business hours. During the one-day closure, customers will not be able to record or file documents such as marriage licenses, property deeds, liens, or other public records.
