Dennis Garcia Arrested
Agents with the District Attorney’s Office Arrest a Man Who Terrified Neighbors
Today Members of the DA’s Crime Strategies Unit and deputies with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department and US Marshals arrested 54 year-old Dennis Garcia.
In February, Garcia was charged with shooting his neighbor’s car after arguing with neighbors. He was arrested for the crime. A judge released Garcia from jail and ordered him to report to pretrial services.
Investigators say he didn’t show up, but instead, on March 7, the day he got out of jail, Garcia went right back to the neighborhood and walked around with an assault rifle. He’s now back in custody today.
