Donald Duquette Found Guilty of Second-Degree Murder with a Firearm, and Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle
Guilty.
A jury just found Donald Duquette guilty of second-degree murder, and shooting at or from a motor vehicle.
On July 15, 2019, he shot and killed Jose Diaz on Interstate 40 in Albuquerque.
Sentencing is scheduled for April.
