Marcus Row Guilty of Aggravated Battery, Multiple Counts of Shooting at a Dwelling or Occupied Building and Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle
Marcus Rowe pled guilty to Aggravated Battery, multiple counts of shooting at a dwelling or occupied building and shooting at or from a motor vehicle.
He faces up to 15 years in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for a later date.
